The shuttle to the arena was convenient. The staff was accommodating after the show ended at midnight and people trickled in until after 1am. I love the late checkout because we stayed out late. And breakfast was cooked to order. Your staff was fun too! They highfived after getting the concert crowd all checked in. Which is usually something that the hotels struggle with, a lobby full of goats all bottlenecked and in a hurry! Especially when they still had to get ready for Halloween or BILLYWEEN!

Room was clean and the hotel staff are friendly. The restaurant staff were responsive and the food was good, we enjoyed our meals. We went to use the pool in the morning and it was closed, a hotel guest broke a glass in the pool area, despite the clear signs that stated “No Glass In The Pool Area”. We went for a walk and when we came back the maintenance staff checked and cleared the pool for use. We enjoyed a nice swim before heading home.
