Everything except the price. The location was perfection as were the staff, and highly convenient. As in most US hotels the room was more than adequate and the bedding extremely comfortable. So, by and large was the food,with a few exceptions and the bar was fine. The quibbles below should not put you off and if you get a good deal, it will be worth it.

The hotel was very clean! Maggie and the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful and well as Kyle who drives the complimentary shuttle. Our room was spotless and the price you couldn’t beat. Not to mention the location is perfect for exploring. It’s in the heart of downtown so you can walk or Uber anywhere!

Beds & Sheets were amazing! So comfortable! The room was clean and cool. This location was across from a beautiful park & river. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were very friendly. Our waiter, Keegan , was exceptional! ado was another gentleman who may have appears to be the chef and a waiter, i’m unsure! Will definitely stay again!

Close to venue downtown where we were seeing a show. Free shuttle there which was nice on a hot day. In hotel restaurant was good and convenient, not too busy. Hotel was clean, staff were helpful and friendly.

Very convenient. Was 5 minutes from downtown convention center. Enjoyed walking across bridge over river every day.

Great Location, friendly staff, clean, loved that they are pet friendly even tho I did not have my own dog there. The restaurant on site was 10/10 for food and value

I love staying at the Pearl street location! Best value near Van Andel Arena with free overnight parking!

Room was great. Comfortable and set up with the 'bathroom segmentation' which worked sell for multiple people to get ready at the same time w/out being in each others' space. Great view of downtown GR :-) We didn't end up using the breakfast coupons.
